Help Management¶
Under Administration > Help Management you maintain the context-sensitive help of the system. The help structure is organized into areas and sections that are available to users as integrated documentation.
Areas¶
Areas form the top-level structure of the help system. Using the dropdown menu, you select an existing area to edit its sections.
| Action | Description |
|---|---|
| Add area | Creates a new help area. |
| Order areas | Changes the order of areas. |
| Select area | Displays the associated sections and content. |
Info
Area management is only accessible to administrators and editors with appropriate permissions.
Sections¶
Sections subdivide an area into individual help topics. The following fields are available when creating or editing a section:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Name | Unique title of the section. |
| Language | Target language of the section (e.g. German, English). |
Notes¶
- Section names should concisely describe the content.
- For multilingual systems, create a separate section for each language.
- Changes to existing sections immediately affect the help display in the frontend.
